A concise description of the subject- include just enough information to let readers who may not be familiar with your subject understand what it is. 2. Clearly defined criteria-determine clear criteria as as the basis for you judgement. 3. A knowledgeable discussion of the subject- show that you know what you are talking about and that what you researched is legitimate. 4. A balanced and fair assessment- an evaluation is centered on a judgement. 5. Well-supported reasons- giving reasons for your judgement.
